Experience in Pega PRPC - ECS, Case Type, Process Flows, Activities, Data transforms, Harness, Sections, Decision Rules, Reporting, Security Rules etc. Experience in web based (REST) integration components in Pega PRPC - Connect-REST, Service-REST.Experience in backend jobs - Agent, Job Scheduler, Queue Processor.Understanding of PEGA guardrails and best practices.Experience in enhancing applications currently active in production.Ability to monitor logs to ensure health of PRPC applications, monitor and leverage PRPC tools to diagnose and analyze functional and performance issues.Good experience in trouble shooting Pega applications logs.Must have experience on debugging and root cause analysis of production issues.Should have CSA/CSSA certification.Experience in Case Management, Client Life cycle Management(CLM) - will be a plus.Experience in adopting Pega applications with CICD tools - will be a plus.Knowledgeable in Performance Tuning and Deployment process.Knowledge of IT standards, methodologies, system development life cycle and project management frameworks
