Trial Attorney- Litigation Defense

A growing law firm is seeking insurance defense attorneys with 3+ years of experience in Insurance defense litigation. It is especially interested in attorneys with first-party insurance litigation and/or construction defect litigation. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation, insurance defense, product liability, employment law, and business litigation.
The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:
Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution, including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions, trial work, and handling mediations.Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals and clients.Self-starter; professional.Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment.Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.Stellar research, written, and verbal communication skills are key.Motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
