Representation of clients in legal proceedingsResearch and preparation of legal documents and pleadingsHandling discoveryAssisting partners/clients in legal transactionsEfficient management of multiple casesParticipate in mediations, hearings, and depositions as requiredClient interaction and problem resolution as it relates to casesAccurate and timely recording of billable hours, in adherence to client guidelines and Firm policyTimely preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery to opposing partiesIntegration of best practices and standards in handling clients and their casesEvaluation of findings and development of strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of casesOn-time completion of reports/projects, in adherence to partner and client needs/guidelinesMinimum Requirements
