Wilson Elser's White Plains office is looking for a Defense Litigation Attorney to join a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment to represent sophisticated clients confronted with complex legal challenges.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter with defense litigation experience who has a powerful motivation to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the firm. This attorney will work across a broad range of practice areas, including commercial automobile/trucking litigation, catastrophic PIP claims, production liability and general liability insurance claims.The Firm

Qualifications
JD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in New York5+ years of experience with insurance defense litigationExperience with motor vehicle accident (MVA) and trucking mattersMust have experience with motion practice and depositionsTrial and trial preparation experience is a plusSuperior written and oral communication skillsResponsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsWhy Should You Apply?
