Wilson Elser's Madison, NJ office is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment to represent sophisticated clients confronted with complex legal challenges.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter with defense litigation experience who has a powerful motivation to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the firm. The associate will gain experience with and exposure to a range of practice areas including general liability insurance and professional liability insurance claims.The Firm

Qualifications
JD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in New JerseyAdmission in New York a plus2+ years of experience with insurance defense litigation (general liability or personal injury defense experience or professional liability defense or construction defense)Some experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery and depositions preferredTrial and trial preparation experience is a plusSuperior written and oral communication skillsResponsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsWhy Should You Apply?
