Qualifications
JD from an accredited law schoolMust be admitted to practice in the state of Texas5+ years' experience with insurance defense litigationExperience with general liability, first party property, labor employment, premises liability, and product claims preferredMust have experience with motion practice and depositionsTrial and trial preparation experience is a plusSuperior written and oral communication skillsResponsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsWhy Should You Apply?
