Influencer Campaign Manager

Responsibilities:
Form holistic marketing plan to provide promotion visibility and motivation for music partnership team's deal signing, by leveraging all possible promotional levers involving in-platform and off-platform activities.Design and execute influencer marketing plans. Work cross-functionally with A&R, Artist Partnerships and artist management teams to deliver content and influencer strategy for artists and music promotion campaigns, especially on TikTok.Select and target the right segments of creators based on campaign needs. Specify campaign brief and design incentive plans to improve influencers' activeness on music promotion platforms. Identify and accumulate high-quality creators to improve campaign quality.Analyze campaign data to make decisions during the full-cycle track promotion, and take care of track performance and evaluate campaign ROI.Collaborate with product team to develop product-level solutions to improve creator participation and efficiency of creator marketing.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant music industry experience.3+ years experience at digital music technology companies, Digital Marketing agencies, or MCNs.Good understanding of TikTok content ecosystem, influencer marketing and social media trends.Excellent communication and relationship building skills and project management skills.Excellent data analytical skills.
