This is a combined posting for an Associate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA 1), and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA 2). The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Associate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA 1):
Required Qualifications:Coursework/Training: Completion of certification course for Nursing Assistants.Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:1 year of Experience in nursing home or hospital experience.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA 2):
Required Qualifications:Coursework/Training: Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or equivalent education/experience.CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:1 year of experience as a CNA 2.
