Demand Generation Manager

We are looking for a proficient Demand Generation Manager for our US Office. This is a full-time remote opportunity.

Your role as Demand Generation Manager will be to support all marketing efforts related to demand generation and growth strategies, sales enablement, brand awareness, and pipeline development. This position will provide strong digital and marketing automation experience, including lead generation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

Work with our marketing and sales team to ensure we achieve significant year-over-year increases in qualified leads and pipeline by building and testing emails, campaigns, and web forms.

Communicate regularly with our sales operations, sales, and customer teams to analyze who is responding to our marketing campaigns, and how we can better engage those who are not.

Build repeatable and self-serve reporting for the marketing team to analyze performance across pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns, and help us uncover the story within the data.

Optimize current lead/account workflows and create new ones to adapt to changing business requirements.

Build and execute marketing campaigns including campaign flows, email creation, developing dynamic content and complex nurture streams, landing page creation, form creation, webinars, lead scoring, and more.

Ensure no lead is left behind by automating nurture campaigns that target the right personas and audiences, provide the right content at the right time, and create relationships with potential buyers.

Maintain and optimize lead/account scoring to effectively decipher where leads/accounts are in the buying cycle to properly segment and nurture.

Optimize email and lead nurturing through A/B testing.

Own Marketing Ops and BDR alignment on lead lifecycle, lead quality SLAs for MQLs, and tech stack.

Build target personas and segmentations for the refinement of marketing strategies.

Create a process to measure and improve marketing database health.

Monitor database performance metrics and devise best practices for optimizing results, data maintenance, and clean up.

Set up processes and QA for all marketing programs to ensure data capture, hygiene, and reporting.

Integrate and maintain new marketing tools to increase the marketing team’s efficiency and lead quality.

Identify, design, and execute new processes that enable marketers to be more effective in their day-to-day work (e.g., intake process, campaign naming conventions).

Manage multiple concurrent projects with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and IT.

Identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve marketing effectiveness.

Key Experiences, Skills, and Knowledge:

Exposure to marketing automation tools like Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or any leading email SaaS platform.

Hands-on experience in managing targeted email campaigns/email nurture programs, social media.

Knowledge of account-based marketing best practices.

Experience in database management and segmentation.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.

Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) will be preferred.

Front-end development skills, such as AJAX, Flash Script, and other JavaScript-based frameworks will be an add-on.

Proficiency in CRM integrations, such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education and Experiences Required:

BA/BS or equivalent working experience.

6+ years of experience as a marketing strategist.

Work Authorization Requirement:

US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
