The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the program management and execution of demand-generation campaigns and assist with field marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on position where you'll oversee the technical aspects of our marketing efforts, including marketing automation, campaign operations and execution, data management, and reporting. You'll work closely with a small team to experiment with new ideas, optimize processes, and drive our growth as we continue to scale. You'll work closely with the field teams to ensure the smooth execution of targeted campaigns, play a key role in campaign logistics, and track performance metrics. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in marketing, enjoys managing tasks and timelines, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. THE POSITION IS BASED IN SAN MATEO, CA. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO OUR OFFICE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute on-demand generation campaigns, including events, webinars, direct mail, and ABM initiatives.
  • Manage the day-to-day logistics, keeping programs on track and meeting deadlines for campaign tasks. This includes setting timelines, preparing materials, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure all deliverables are ready for campaign launches.
  • Coordinate localized, targeted campaigns and ensure alignment with broader demand-generation initiatives to support field marketing efforts. Ensure smooth collaboration with sales and SDR teams for effective lead follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to program manage, ensure alignment, gather and organize campaign assets, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly.
  • Set up dashboards and regular reports to monitor key marketing metrics (e.g., MQLs, conversion rates, ROI). Assist with gathering performance data post-campaign and help prepare reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the demand generation team, ensuring smooth operations and deadline adherence across all campaigns.
  • Oversee marketing automation, manage and optimize our Marketo implementation, and set up and maintain workflows, lead scoring, and automation sequences to nurture leads effectively.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our marketing database by managing data segmentation, enrichment, and hygiene for targeted campaigns. This includes coordinating with our ops teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing automation and Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign management.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and campaign logistics efficiently
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A strong collaborator, able to work with cross-functional teams and follow guidance from senior leaders.
  • Proficient with tools like CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear reporting and timely updates.

Base Salary Range - $100,000 - $120,000 determined by the individual's experience level.
