This role will involve managing tax return engagements, working directly with partners and directors, and communicating effectively with clients. You will also have the opportunity to delegate tasks to junior staff and utilize various software tools to streamline your work.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage tax return engagements for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations.Collaborate directly with partners and directors on tax planning and compliance matters.Communicate with clients to provide exceptional service and address their tax-related needs.Delegate tasks and supervise junior staff, ensuring high-quality work and effective team collaboration.Utilize Thomson Reuters suite, UltraTax, Planner, Fixed Assets, Practice CS, and Adobe Acrobat to manage tax-related tasks efficiently.Maintain productivity during the busy season with approximately 50 billable hours and a total of approximately 1350 billable hours annually.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in income tax preparation.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.CPA license or significant progress toward CPA exam completion.Proficiency with tax software, including Thomson Reuters suite, UltraTax, Planner, Fixed Assets, Practice CS, and Adobe Acrobat, is preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Benefits:Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Sign-on bonus offered.401(k) plan with matching.Health, dental, and life insurance.Disability insurance.Paid time off.Flexible schedule and partial work-from-home option.Positive team culture and investment in employee development.Schedule:Monday to Friday, hybrid work schedule.
