If so, LPL Financial is the place for you!Job Overview:The Vice President (VP) of Institutional Relationship Management serves as a strategic leader, dedicated to an institutional client that has both product manufacturing divisions and financial professionals or financial advisors. This VP role sits within LPL’s client success division supporting the institutional channel.The PMRM will be responsible for the overall leadership of a product manufacturer institutional client, a national relationship where the VP provides a proactive consultative approach and is responsible for their client portfolio. Institutional client profiles typically have over 2000 advisors with multiple branches across the US.The VP will be responsible for developing, supporting and executing an aligned strategy between firms to drive sales growth and business retention. This individual will need to build meaningful relationships through a high level of engagement representing the client perspective on various steering committees and projects.Responsibilities:Identify opportunities and create programs to increase client satisfaction, retention and sales growth.Successfully navigate and manage high profile and complex situations.Develop a team culture to retain, develop and grow engaged employees.Create department goals, evaluating team’s results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives are met.Examine trends, develop insights, and create solutions in order to better support Advisors.Manage attrition risk of advisors proactively in partnership with the institution.Develop and execute business plan initiatives.Partner with conference services to deliver exceptional education, training and conference events.What are we looking for?We want

continuous improvement .Requirements:Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in a sales and/or client service/relationship management capacity.Series 7 and 63 required, additional licenses or designations a plus.Prior experience managing relationships in the institutional space or business-to-business space.High-level strategist experience coupled with the ability to implement methods that drive sales.Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with and influence senior leadership.Extensive knowledge of the client segment, organization, product, industry, and end customer (financial institutions).Demonstrated knowledge of the financial service industry (LPL platforms), products, and services.Strong people management experience.Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.Core Competencies:Ability to effectively analyze situations and apply solutions to achieve resolution.Ability to identify and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.Pay Range:$138,200.00 - $230,400.00Actual base salary varies based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.Why LPL?At LPL, we believe that objective financial guidance is a fundamental need for everyone.
