Job Description: The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the office and management team by handling a wide range of administrative tasks. This role ensures the smooth operation of daily activities, maintains office organization, and offers support for meetings, communications, and general office management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay Range:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitorsSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for management and staffPrepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up communicationsMaintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems, both physical and digitalHandle general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspaceAssist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as neededSupport department heads and team members with administrative tasks and special projectsCoordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportationProcess invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping dutiesEnsure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionProvide backup support to other administrative staff as neededQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyProfessional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamBenefits:
