Monday, November 28thAbout the Role:Our client a BioPharmaceutical company in Palo Alto is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator. This temporary position (3-6 months) has the potential to convert to full-time. You will play a key role in HR operations, including onboarding, recruitment, employee event coordination, and document management, all while working closely with team members across the organization.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Manage HR documents using Excel, Word, and PDF formats.

Support onboarding, recruitment, and employee records maintenance.

Coordinate employee wellness programs and events.

Assist with executive suite tasks, such as ordering supplies and submitting reports.

Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and tasks.

Qualifications:3+ years of HR Coordinator experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving abilities.

An associate's degree is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule:On-site Monday-Thursday (non-negotiable). The office is located in Palo Alto, CA.

Option to work remotely from home on Fridays.
