Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board!**Why you'll love this job**+ This role manages and processes Inflight CERS reports, CEER reports (DOT, Disability, LTD, etc.) and supports Flight Attendants post events by collecting statements regarding events.+ This role ensures that our team members are submitting mandatory documentation on time and that pertinent details are shared with key stakeholders and regulatory agencies in a timely manner.+ This role is a part of the Inflight, Support and Response team within the Customer Experience-Flight (NFLT) group.**What you'll do**_As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced.
