We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help us identify and onboard the next generation of Exa team members. You’ll work directly with our hiring managers and founders to streamline the recruiting process, organize candidate pipelines, and make sure we’re bringing on the right (and best) people to help us achieve our ambitious goals. Organize sourcing parties to find top engineering talentOptimize candidate communication for faster, smoother hiringHelp plan and coordinate interviews, from scheduling to feedback collectionSupport candidate onboarding to ensure a great first impressionPartner with hiring managers to make sure we're on track to meet our hiring goals
