Lead negotiations with potential partners, clients, and vendors to secure advantageous agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business development initiatives. Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Oversee project management efforts related to business development activities. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields. Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on long-term growth. Proficiency in customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform decision-making processes. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
