Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
Business Development Consultant's revenue will be generated primarily from outbound phone calls with the focus of scheduling full length service demonstrations. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing, face-to-face zoom presentations and in-person conferences. Day-to-day leadership and mentoring of this position will be provided by the Director of Business Development. Business Development Consultant will receive the tools, programs, and systems necessary to grow their career within the Club Capital organization. Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and service. Convert minimum of 15 new clients per month. Maintain computerized records of all prospects within Hubspot CRM system. Set virtual appointments to grow relationships with prospects and demonstrate Club Capital services. Contact agency owners via phone, email and social media to schedule appointments. Consistently maintain a strong sales pipeline and display the capability to manage a sales funnel effectively. Work across teams to keep others informed of client status. Represent Club Capital at various industry focus conferences to promote and pitch services while networking with agents and other vendors. Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor. Qualifications
High energy and positive attitude. Desire for learning and professional development - must be coachable. Strong work ethic with a competitive approach to exceeding goals and expectations. Must be local or willing to relocate to the Bethesda, MD area. Minimum of (1) year sales experience. Strong consultative and interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Willingness to travel. Flexible, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced developing work environment. Benefits
Compensation: base salary + commissions. Individuals are compensated commensurate with experience and productivity. OTE: $60K-$75K. Benefits: Unlimited PTO policy (busy season restrictions), generous 401(k) contribution, company-sponsored health insurance. Company Overview

As a Business Development Consultant at Club Capital, you will assist with the company's overall business development objectives. The Business Development Consultant role is a stepping stone position with the end goal being promotion into an Account Executive role.
