Responsibilities:The Digital Product/Growth Marketing Manager will focus on Global growth marketing plans for Agencies (3Ps) leveraging the Global Agency Rewards program.You will be working on customer acquisition and product adoption through Agencies and lead collaboration on behalf of marketing across various stakeholders including analytics, sales, finance, and other regional and cross-team marketers.You will develop a deep understanding of the customer journey, addressing the needs of agency customers and their clients.This individual will provide Global PMM Support to drive awareness, engagement and revenue through our Rewards program across the 3P segments.Inform and refine the global Acquisition Rewards comms strategy for all Third party audiences working with regional Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product and Engineering.Manage projects and deliverables according to defined OKRs and communicate plans to cross-functional stakeholders.Collect feedback on the offering cross-functionally and amongst 3Ps, provide recommendations to optimise programs and identify new segments and opportunities through qualitative and quantitative insights.Launch, measure, and, if successful, scale Acquisition pilots by liaising with legal, finance, accounting, localization, regional and local Marketing, Sales and Product teams.
Experience:6+ years’ experience working in marketing strategy or marketing program management, preferably background in a marketing role at a technology or media company.Experience with growth marketing channels (e.g., email, website optimization, paid media, social, video, in-product notifications), or working with digital agencies.
Skills:Ability to think strategically and influence the customer experience to drive business results working with PM, Eng, Sales Teams.Experience with budget management and reporting.Excellent influencing skills and ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and internal teams within the marketing organization and beyond, i.e. Product and Engineering, Sales, Finance.Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams, and drive decisions quickly.Experience with accelerating revenue growth by leveraging customer insights, industry best practices, and implementing innovative ideas through experimentation prior to scaling.Startup attitude and a passion for scaling our 3P business.
Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
