About the RoleThe DoorDash People Application team is looking for a Product Manager with demonstrated experience and knowledge in product life cycle development for talent acquisition and employee experiences. You will interact directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across DoorDash to understand requirements, design, build end-to-end solutions, and maintain the supporting services for our applications across diverse technical areas for various people functions, all in sync with our people goals.
This will be a hybrid role and you will report to the Sr Manager of People Applications.

Work with engineers, data scientists, machine learning experts, and operators to develop tools and products to help our business grow
Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
Analyze metrics to inform the success of products and ensure products meet business needs.
Use analytics & visualization tools like Tableau, Chartio, Google Analytics, and more to monitor performance of systems you own.
Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
Understand data, can pull it, manipulate it and collaborate with data scientists to generate deep insights (think funnel analysis, ROI estimations, experimentation, etc)
Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Manage all stakeholder expectations from leadership to individual teams, possess strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
Manage timely and succinct communications to leadership to ensure accountability. Convey product plans, technical roadmaps, OKRs, benefits and results to key stakeholders.
We’re excited about you because…
B.S. degree in a quantitative field
5+ years of professional experience working in product management, or a similar role
5+ years of building complex technology products
Experience in building internal facing products for employees
Experience managing delivery of at least one software/ hardware product
Expertise of SQL queries, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions)
Proficiency in one or more analytics & visualization tools (e.g. Chartio, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics or similar)
Prior experience working with engineering, data scientists, and product designers
Proven abilities in driving technical platform strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment
Experience presenting business reviews to senior executives
Located in either San Francisco or Seattle, US.
