While we have employees across the country, we are looking to fill this particular role with someone based near our headquarters in Seattle who can commit to a hybrid schedule for more face-to-face interactions with team members.
The JobAs a
Senior People Business Partner , you will be responsible for managing key areas of our HR function while partnering closely with leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives. You’ll bring deep experience in employee relations, benefits, and compensation, but also the breadth of knowledge needed to manage a variety of HR operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and an ambition to grow into more senior positions as our company scales.
