Responsibilities: • Instruct patients on the use of recommended devices for orthodontics and dental appliances, such as dentures and retainers and educate on the importance of good oral hygiene • Oversee associate dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, and communicate with support staff regarding patient care plans • Implement and coordinate preventive dental care treatments such as flossing, fillings, sealants, x-rays, and fluoride applications, and cosmetic dental services such as whitening when indicated • Diagnose oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems including cleanings, root canals, surgical extractions, and restoration • Assess the patients’ overall dental health and look for presence of dental diseases, by thoroughly examining the patients’ teeth using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments Qualifications: • Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in Dentistry • Unrestricted and current state license in good standing • Should be computer proficient • Possess strong bedside manner, and great communication skills • Requires CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications • Years of experience working with restorative cases & surgical procedures Compensation: $400,000 yearly
