As a leading supplier of quality crushed stone, hot mix asphalt, and ready mix concrete, Tilcon Connecticut has supported the construction of superior roads, buildings and bridges.PurposeThe HR Director is responsible for driving strategic and HR operational excellence while supporting the business leaders at Tilcon Connecticut, a CRH Company. This role reports directly to the OpCo President and collaborates closely with the Division VP Human Resources.The HR Director will contribute to business success through leadership in human resources, including employee relations & engagement, employment law, individual and team performance management, policy interpretation, and developing and implementing HR strategies in support of business goals.Tilcon Connecticut has unionized locations. Although this position is not responsible for negotiating union contracts, it is responsible for handling day-to-day issues.
