will join our People Analytics team within Employee Experience, and report to the Director, People Analytics Business Partnering. This role will work cross-functionally to support our corporate functions (e.g., Employee Experience, Legal, Marketing, IT) as well as our Total Rewards team.Responsibilities:Build and own relationship with stakeholders, and serve as their main point of contact to the People Analytics team.Consult with stakeholders and others across the business to build a deep understanding of current business priorities, and ensure reporting and analysis align with those objectives.Serve as a thought partner to HRBPs and other leaders, and conduct analyses and/or literature reviews to advise on stakeholder questions.Leverage academic and industry research, analytics, and knowledge of HR trends to address practical business challenges.Communicate prioritized stakeholder initiatives and business context to the rest of the Analytics team, and act as a driving force for clarity and execution.Create presentations and communicate insights to stakeholders in a way that promotes action and positive impact.Qualifications:7+ years of experience working in HR, ideally in People Analytics and/or consulting to organizations.Expertise in I/O psychology or a related field (i.e., advanced degree or equivalent experience in topics related to workplace psychology).Strong understanding of the HR landscape (functions and processes) and existing challenges and best practices.Statistical and analytical proficiency (i.e., able to interpret, explain and answer questions about data analysis and results, conduct basic statistical analyses).Strong competency in storytelling with data and research, while ensuring the integrity of the results.Strong ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,100 -- $245,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
