We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The Senior Product Lead, People Analytics will join our People Analytics team within Employee Experience, and report to the Sr Manager of Business Intelligence. This role will work with a team of analysts, data scientists, and data engineers to deliver self-service solutions for our people insights to different personas across the business (e.g., HRBPs, managers, executives) to ensure they receive the right insights at the right time.Responsibilities :

Set the strategy for how we evolve our insights ecosystem and create / maintain our product roadmap.Drive a product-driven, scalable approach to designing, building and maintaining reporting solutions, and developing and managing people metrics and queries.Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand their needs, collect feedback, and iterate to drive improvements.Stay up to date with external trends and tools in the People Analytics space, and develop guidance on build vs. buy for our needs.Collaborate with platform and data teams to ensure data sources are accurate, available, and analyzable.Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and improvements.Design user-friendly, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing dashboards that display key people metrics, personalized for the relevant audience.Develop comprehensive product documentation and provide training to users and internal teams.Demonstrate deep care for the ethical implications of working with employee data and ensure compliance with privacy and legal regulations.Mentor junior team members.Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data Science within an HR function.Knowledge of HR processes and key people metrics, and how to clean, transform and aggregate data to create meaningful insights.Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI), SQL and Python.Expertise in data visualization, dashboard design, and performance optimization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels within an organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,100 -- $245,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
