Job Title: Sr. Director of Treasury - Debt and Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange ManagementJob Summary:

The Senior Director of Treasury will oversee corporate finance activities like FCF forecasting, net interest expense forecasting, treasury budgeting and WACC modeling. This position will lead debt capital markets including compliance with credit agreement, strategy and execution for addressing debt maturities, financing for acquisitions and proactive management of the company's capital structure as well as creating and maintaining the company's foreign exchange program. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient management of our financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:Debt and Capital Markets Management:

Develop and implement strategies for debt issuance and capital market transactions.Monitor and analyze market conditions to identify financing opportunities.Manage relationships with banks, investors, and rating agencies.Ensure compliance with covenants and reporting requirements associated with debt instruments.

Foreign Exchange Management:

Manage company's foreign exchange risk management program and policies.Develop and execute foreign exchange strategies to hedge currency exposure.Collaborate with business units to understand their FX needs and provide tailored solutions.Prepare regular reports on FX exposure and risk management activities.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and manage financial risks associated with debt, capital markets, and foreign exchange activities.Develop risk mitigation strategies and policies in alignment with the company's overall risk management framework.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare board materials and related analysis with a high level of attention to detail and strategic analysis.Assist Treasurer with capital structure strategy, planning and execution across all global subsidiaries.Collaborate with Financial Planning and Analysis team on treasury related assumptions for budget and LRP.

Other:

Manage a team of 2 - Treasury Manager and a Senior Treasury Analyst.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA/CTP preferred, but not required.12 years of experience in treasury management, with a focus on debt and capital markets, and foreign exchange management.3 years of leadership within the treasury function.Prior experience with a large institutional bank is preferred, but not required.Extensive knowledge of financial instruments, capital markets, and risk management practices.Expert in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
