Clarivate is seeking a dynamic
Director – Global HR Compliance
to join our global Human Resources team! Fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable culture and workplace, you will lead and support the development, implementation, and management of policies, programs, and initiatives. As a true subject matter expert, you will oversee the administration of Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs for all U.S. locations, supports and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements in all Clarivate jurisdictions. Partnering globally, you will collaborate with HR team members, Legal and other business leaders to support risk mitigation and Company compliance programs, providing guidance, subject matter expertise and assistance in accordance with the U.S. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulatory guidelines, EEO, other employment related regulatory bodies and best practices.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments…
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related area with coursework relevant to the practice of human resources
7+ years of relevant work experience in HR compliance
Prior experience overseeing the administration of Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs
Strong understanding of the U.S. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulatory guidelines
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
It would be great if you also had…
Previous experience in immigration and/or workers compensation
Experience managing people
What will you be doing in this role?...
Establish and maintain an effective HR Compliance program, including identifying potential areas of vulnerability and risk for the various locations in which the Company operates.
Serve as the subject matter expert for the Company’s Affirmative Action Plans and programs, leveraging an internal network to formulate proposed actions based on plan results and trends.
Coordinating our HR compliance reporting to comply with various federal, state, and local requirements
Supports Clarivate’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI & B) efforts
Monitoring and bringing forward information about legislative changes that may impact our employee policies and practices Globally
Creating and updating accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes, as prioritized
As requested from Clarivate colleagues, respond to client inquiries related to Clarivate’s HR compliance programs, staff demographic information, etc. Partner with VP – Talent & Employment Practices to determine what level of data should be shared
Participating on and/or leading internal teams tasked with carrying out HR initiatives and process improvements as needed
Manage background check program and relationship with 3rd party vendors
