Director - Global HR Compliance

to join our global Human Resources team! Fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable culture and workplace, you will lead and support the development, implementation, and management of policies, programs, and initiatives. As a true subject matter expert, you will oversee the administration of Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs for all U.S. locations, supporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in all Clarivate jurisdictions. Partnering globally, you will collaborate with HR team members, Legal, and other business leaders to support risk mitigation and Company compliance programs, providing guidance, subject matter expertise, and assistance in accordance with the U.S. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulatory guidelines, EEO, and other employment-related regulatory bodies and best practices.About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments...Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related area with coursework relevant to the practice of human resources7+ years of relevant work experience in HR compliancePrior experience overseeing the administration of Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programsStrong understanding of the U.S. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulatory guidelinesProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPointIt would be great if you also had...Previous experience in immigration and/or workers compensationExperience managing peopleWhat will you be doing in this role?...Establish and maintain an effective HR Compliance program, including identifying potential areas of vulnerability and risk for the various locations in which the Company operates.Serve as the subject matter expert for the Company's Affirmative Action Plans and programs, leveraging an internal network to formulate proposed actions based on plan results and trends.Coordinate our HR compliance reporting to comply with various federal, state, and local requirements.Support Clarivate's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI & B) efforts.Monitor and bring forward information about legislative changes that may impact our employee policies and practices globally.Create and update accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes, as prioritized.As requested from Clarivate colleagues, respond to client inquiries related to Clarivate's HR compliance programs, staff demographic information, etc. Partner with VP - Talent & Employment Practices to determine what level of data should be shared.Participate on and/or lead internal teams tasked with carrying out HR initiatives and process improvements as needed.Manage background check program and relationship with 3rd party vendors.About the TeamOur Human Resources Department is integral in helping the organization achieve its overall business goals.
