Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our thriving Engineering team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects in the healthcare and educational construction sectors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, cost estimating and project budgeting, with a particular focus on healthcare construction and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, from conception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing project schedules, resource allocation, and potential risks.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Utilize industry-specific software such as Procore, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and BlueBeam to manage project tasks and documentation.
5. Perform cost estimating and develop project budgets, ensuring financial viability.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
8. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
9. Report and escalate to management as needed.
10. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager in the Engineering industry.
3. Solid experience in project management and execution of healthcare construction and commercial projects.
4. Proficient in use of Procore, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and BlueBeam.
5. Strong knowledge of cost estimating and project budgeting.
6. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
7. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and tools.
10. Ability to work on tight deadlines and within constraints.
11. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
12. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
13. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
