Job Description:
The Controller will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with GAAP and managing key accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant financial regulations.
- Oversee accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
- Manage timely and accurate monthly and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and publish monthly financial statements with insights for senior management.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls for accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
