Join Our Team as a Corporate Controller!

We're looking for a dynamic Corporate Controller to lead our financial operations and drive growth. You'll manage our talented accounting team, ensure timely financial reporting, and oversee compliance across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct financial management and controls for all operations.
  • Lead a high-performing accounting team.
  • Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports, tax documents, and Board updates.
  • Develop a cost accounting framework and manage tax strategies.
  • Analyze data to enhance revenue growth and resource allocation.
  • Conduct forecasting and market trend analysis.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in accounting/financial management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge of federal, state, and foreign (Mexico) taxes.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
  • Willingness to travel (25%).
