Controller position with a family-owned manufacturing organization in Marshall County

What this Controller will be doing:
- Provide leadership within the accounting department (3 direct reports)
- Financial reporting, working closely with leadership
- Assist with business strategy through financial analysis
- Month end close, financial reporting, process improvement
Preferred Qualifications of this Controller:
- 5-10+ years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proficient with Excel and experience in other ERP Systems
- Experience supervising others and leading a strong team
