As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various events, helping to create memorable experiences for our clients and attendees. You will work closely with senior event coordinators and cross-functional teams to assist in managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring that every aspect of an event runs smoothly.
Pay: $22.50 - $31.00 hourly

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of events from start to finishHelp coordinate logistics, including venue setup and breakdownCommunicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of servicesEngage with attendees on-site, providing information and supportMonitor event activities to ensure adherence to timelines and schedulesAssist in managing budgets and tracking expenses for eventsSupport post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future improvementsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in event management or related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management softwareWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededA team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learnBenefits
