Job DescriptionPrimarily responsible for:
Facilitating getting the work doneGuiding the team on use of Agile/Scrum practicesAssessing team maturity and coaching the team to higher levelsRemoving impediments or guiding the team to remove impedimentsSupporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining product back logsRequirements
Basic Qualifications:
ACTIVE or EXPIRED
IRS MBI Clearance Required.
Minimum Five (5) years of experience performing the Scrum Master role for a software development team. Good skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Knowledge of Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.

Agile Methodology:
Proficient understanding and experience in Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFE.Facilitation Skills:
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).Coaching and Mentoring:
Skills to coach teams on Agile practices and principles, and mentor team members in self-organization and cross-functionality.Conflict Resolution:
Capability to address and resolve team conflicts effectively.Stakeholder Management:
Experience in working with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.Metrics and Reporting:
Ability to track team progress using relevant Agile metrics and communicate that to stakeholders.
