We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable
Maintenance Tech
in our Hot Springs, AR location.
What is a Maintenance Tech?This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production & facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.
Candidate will have multi-craft responsibilities in both electrical and mechanical fields.
What do I have to do?
* 480VAC motor controls.* Variable frequency drives.* Steam boiler and hot oil system maintenance and repair.* Industrial instrumentation such as: PLC's, level, pressure, temperature and flow measurement/control.* Centrifugal and positive displacement pump repair and seal replacement.* General mechanical maintenance and some light welding.* Pipe installation and repairs.* Lighting and facilities maintenance.* Preventative maintenance.* Maintain critical spare parts and components.* Abide by the principles in the EHS&S mission statement.* Responsibilities and training outlined in the RCRA Hazwaste Job Duties Matrix* Abide by ORG Chem Group's quality policy.

Do I have to have experience?
A minimum of 3 years experience in industrial maintenance in a related field along with ability to work rotating shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
It would be nice if you have a 2 year degree or relevant training or military training but it's not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate in pump maintenance and repair if the candidate has the required electrical and instrumentation experience.
