We are currently looking for Production Operators in our Hot Springs, AR location with a starting pay of

$21.00 - $23.00/hr!

What is a Production Operator?Production operators are the cornerstone of our company and responsible for completing various processes in the plant and may assist material handlers in the shipping and receiving process when necessary.

What do I have to do?Shipping and receiving bulk materialsLoading or unloading tankers trucks and/or tankers rail carsOperate equipment such as forklift, overhead crane, and yard tractorFilling drums & totes with chemicalsProduct packaging and labelingFilling out required forms, logs, or other plant paperworkMonitoring various process parametersCollecting process sampleAbide by the principles in the EHS&S mission statement.Responsibilities and training outlined in the RCRA Hazwaste Job

What kind of experience do I need?High school education or GEDAbility to effectively read, write, and understand EnglishAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsMust comply with drug and alcohol testing policy and wear all required personal protective equipmentSuccessful completion of criminal history check, drug screening, and physical ability testingAble to climb stairs, use a ladder, and lift 60 pounds.Able to walk at worker's pace (3-3.5 mph) for 1/2 mile or 10 minutesAble to lift 40 pounds from waist to ground rotating 90 degrees.
