    The Assistant Facilities Manager provides analysis of maintenance data and recommends improvements to practice and procedures. This role will provide support to the Facilities Manager, Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Supervisor. Day to day responsibilities will include SAP PM Module system management, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance to the maintenance technicians, identifying opportunities for improvement and working to improve maintenance practices and procedures. Some travel to NY will be required.

    Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

General Summary:

  • SAP PM Module master data management
  • Lead reliability program including vibration, oil and thermography analysis
  • Utility consumption data tracking and analysis
  • Department KPI data collection and analysis
  • Capital projects as assigned
  • Serve as backup for department manager, supervisor, and planner
  • Audit department procedures and processes
  • Coordinate service contracts
  • Promote safe work practices
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Engineering degree, mechanical or electrical degree preferred
  • 10 years of manufacturing experience in a maintenance related role
  • Proven leadership experience
  • SAP PM Module experience preferred
