Job Description
As a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 solutions, with a strong focus on Azure, Active Directory, Intune, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their productivity, security, and overall IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect Microsoft 365 solutions, including Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, LDAP security, SharePoint security, Intune, VM networks, Cloud Dev Ops and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and manage WinTel cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and enforce security best practices for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
- Conduct assessments and audits of existing Microsoft 365 environments, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Oversee and optimize the use of Windows Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GP), and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
- Identifies potential points of integration between M-365 services and business applications and works with technical colleagues to deliver key integrations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance collaboration capabilities
- Work closely with Security team to establish governance policies, security controls, and compliance standards for Microsoft 365 collaboration tools

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and migration projects.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.
