Travel:

20% domestic travel required.

Days / Hours:

Mon - Fri / 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Summary of Duties:

Lead or participate in projects by completing and updating documentation; manage scope; adjust schedules; determine daily priorities; ensure efficient and on-time delivery of tasks and milestones; follow escalation paths; and manage customer and supplier relationships. Establish customer relationships and expectations, developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results. Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulate ideas and viewpoints to leadership, peers and others; identify and initiate projects; manage external resources and drive resolution of issues. Identify, create and facilitate process design changes, conducting business and systems process analysis and design. Provide and support implementation of business solutions, building relationships and partnerships. Identify business needs. Monitor progress and results; recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities; adapt to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities. Provide project level analysis, producing project analysis documentation. Collaborate with developers to implement requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process. Elicits and documents business and systems requirements. Assess process and system inefficiencies. Synthesize business requirements, recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes. Negotiate needs and expectations of stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Manufacturing Operations or Engineering or related field of study and 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning or any combination thereof. Employer will accept a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Manufacturing Operations or Engineering or related field of study and 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning or any combination thereof, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or related and 5 years of progressive experience. Employer will accept pre- or post-Master's degree experience. All experience must be post-Bachelor's.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:

SQL Azure; OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness); Statistical Process Control (SPC) data analysis; Data driven design and manufacturing; AI/ML process comparative data analysis; Battery electrical compliance testing /analysis; and Power platform applications usage to drive better adoption and plant shop floor digitization.
