Position Summary:

Program Support Specialist 3
to join our Automation Systems Business Unit.
Position Responsibilities:Work and collaborate with Program and Project Management personnel on matters of business and contractual nature, such as preparation and monitoring of project deliverables and contractual documentation, preparation and monitoring and project reporting.Maintain contractual, proposal, and project documentation including contract repositories.Ensure compliance with contract requirements and perform all other position related duties as assigned.Perform responsibilities as focal point for ongoing issue resolution, including commercial and federal compliance (terms and conditions), acceptance, and payment issues.Complete and track project deliverables required for technical installation, such as inventory reports, quality assurance test forms, daily status reports, disposition reports, etc.Create and modify material lists, prepare shipping documentation, and track material throughout the project lifecycle.Consolidate purchases, shipments, and deliveries, develop a transparent system of tracking and expediting deliveries.Work and collaborate with management and engineering personnel to ensure timely and accurate procurement and shipment of equipment and materials.Individuals will regularly interact with customers and collaborate with ProgramComplete and track program deliverablesWork and collaborate with management and engineering personnelDevelop and maintain relationships with various program stakeholders
Required Experience:High School Diploma/GED with 10years of experienceAssociate's Degree with 8years of experienceBachelor's Degree with 5years of experienceDemonstrated basic operational proficiency with common computer operating systems and programsBasic knowledge of computer networking and wireless communication systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility to support various locations and scheduleAbility to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals I person, via telephone and in writing.Must have strong multitasking skillsAbilities:
