RVA Graphics & Wraps is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Sales Director to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to attract national fleet companies, establish department KPIs, and build a high-performing sales team.

After acquainting themselves with the current Design-Print-Install resources and capabilities of RVA Graphics & Wraps, as well as the broader resources of DOG, this individual will be responsible for:
Program Design and Planning:
Research and design a compelling wrap and branding offering package for regional and national fleet managers that leverages our unique capability set and high quality, high-touch approach to address the pain points of buyers in this segment.Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
Program Rollout:
Design the rollout and go-to-market sales motion for this program.As the program develops, formulate strategies for account management and account-based selling to nurture high-value customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Keep an active pulse on current industry trends and clients to identify leads and important points of contact.Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners through active networking.
Program Expansion:
With market validation, this role would expand to include hiring, training, and supporting a team of sales associates.The director will have a seat at the table for growth and expansion decisions that will be primarily dictated by the geographic demands of the national fleet accounts that we land.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate and cite past examples of the following key competencies:
Experience:
Previous experience and knowledge of the fleet industry to give expert insight into the unique concerns and pain points for management of branded fleet companies.Hands-on experience overseeing completion of complex and challenging projects that involve integration of vertical elements in a production chain.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated "land and expand" success in growing a B2B book of business year-over-year and maintaining or expanding margins.
Characteristics:
We are looking for a self-starter who can clearly outline a vision, make decisions between difficult, competing priorities, and work independently without direct daily supervision.Must have fluent English verbal and written skills.Must have a strong drive for continuous improvement and yearn to identify inefficiencies in the current model of wrapping fleets.
Leadership and People Management:
Upon successful launch, the individual will be responsible for building a team to expand sales efforts.The ideal candidate is comfortable with pivoting and delegating tasks to train new leaders in the pipeline.
Sales Focus:
Demonstrated ability to not only craft a compelling offer but also close the sale.
Data Informed:
Proficiency using CRM, datal analysis, and sales forecasting tools is essential.The candidate should be comfortable identifying KPIs and using data-informed insights to optimize sales performance.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.Bachelor's degree is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Driving Requirements:
Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.Must have positive points on state driving record.Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
