The responsibility of the Duct Assembler is to be a reliable team member who can complete tasks assigned within the manufacturing environment with pre-established guidelines.

Assemble 5' duct of different gauges and sizes.Quality check assembled duct and avoid waste.Assist the Coil Line Operator with their daily duties and assignments.Assist with set up of tools and equipment.Maintain an organized and clean workspace.Comply with all applicable health and safety rules, regulations, and procedures.Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.Must be able to use a tape measure and read labels.Experienced working within a team environment focused on clear and concise communication.Demonstrate internal sense of motivation toward producing products of the highest quality on a consistent basis.Driving Requirements

Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.Must have positive points on state driving record.Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.

Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
