Proficiency in using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.2. Configuring and maintaining mailboxes, including email forwarding, shared mailboxes, and email security settings.3. Implementing and maintaining security measures in M365 to safeguard data and applications.4. Answering support tickets, assisting end users with issues related to Microsoft 365 and other cloud applications.5. Working with and educating users on best practices and new features of M365.6. Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with users and stakeholders.Nice to Have Skills1. Experience in administering Microsoft 365 suite is important.2. Familiarity with Active Directory, Intune, and/or Zoom a plus.3.
