Trillium Professional is now seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician for a 3-4 month contract, likely to run much longer. This shift is full time Saturday through Wednesday, with Thursday, Friday off, we can review the specific hours. We will supply extensive training with no weekend coverage until after they are trained. Schedule: Saturday/Sunday - 6AM - 2PM, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 2PM - 10PM with some flexibility. The job duties include: -Create Active Directory accounts, assign appropriate group memberships -Create Exchange mailboxes -Create departmental calendars and assign permissions -Create VPN accounts, assign RSA tokens -Create folders on file server and assign permissions -Password reset is every 90 days - users will call saying they're no longer getting mail on their phones - need to walk them through how to reset password in email settings -Install applications -Remote control - Bomgar -Troubleshoot issues over the phone and then escalate to desktop team or applications group, if necessary. -Multi-factor Authentication Pay rate is $25 per hour.
