Trillium is Now Hiring an Accountant for our Headquarters in Mentor!
The Accountant role is a first shift full-time position, earning an annual salary that is up to $75,000, depending on experience level. The starting salary can increase for the right experience. The Accountant will prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial data, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and completeness.
Job Duties include:-Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.-Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.-Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns for Company as requested, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.-Maintain or examine the records of government agencies including ability to prepare all of our required census reporting for the US Census Bureau-Maintain, and may prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.-Assist with external auditing of financial statement review.-Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities.-Appraise, evaluate, and inventory of fixed assets, recording information such as the description, value, and location of property.-Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.

Qualifications-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a similar field-2-5 years of experience in the Accoutning field, and strong communication skills.
