Full-Time Psychiatrist at Premier Behavioral Health Services (PBHS) Job Description: Private practice in Mentor, OH seeking a psychiatrist to join our team in a full-time capacity. Our psychiatrists will see individual adult and/or adolescent patients and work with our multi-disciplinary team. As our practice continues to grow, so do our range of patients. Role and Responsibilities: Provide a combination of in-person and remote outpatient psychiatric services, including initial assessment and medication management Function as an essential part of a multidisciplinary mental health team, collaborating with nurse practitioners and other mental health professionals Work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor ongoing progress Utilize evidence-based practices and stay current with advancements in the field Supervision of/consultation with other prescribers as needed Practice Description: We are a multi-disciplinary mental health practice providing a combination of psychiatric and psychological services to adolescents, adults, and seniors. Services include comprehensive assessment and treatment of mental health conditions and addiction. To meet the mental health needs of Northeast Ohio, our practice prioritizes our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services; in addition, we provide individual and conjoint psychotherapy, medication management, and neuropsychological and forensic assessment services. Our IOPS are accredited both by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) as well as the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS). As a staff member, you are paid a competitive salary with eligibility for bonus; alternatively, you may elect to receive a percentage of collections.
