For candidates not in ET zone, seeking those willing to flex to accommodate ET partnerships.**Responsibilities**+ Define, design, and build great experiences for exploring and understanding building data within the spatial context of 3D models, from initial concept through successful implementation+ Participate in customer engagements to validate assumptions and concepts, gather input on proposed workflows, and refine the product design+ Collaborate closely with engineering teams and product managers to create effective visual and interaction designs that deliver customer value, while navigating technical constraints and balancing quality vs. speed of delivery+ Produce design artifacts to drive alignment across teams, including product development, customer programs, sales, and marketing+ Gather and utilize customer usage, adoption metrics, and other analytics data to inform design decisions**Minimum Qualifications**+ BA/BS or graduate degree in HCI, New Media Design, Computer Science, or related field+ 8+ years of professional UX/UI design experience working with cross-functional agile teams+ Excellent interaction, information architecture, and visual design skills. You have no problem visualizing solutions with wireframes, visual designs, journey maps, and prototypes+ Strong presentation and communication skills. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $133,300 and $215,600. Offers are based on the candidates experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
