We are seeking a versatile professional with experience in HR, office operations, and talent acquisition focused individual to join our clients team. In this role, you'll manage employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance reviews, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws. You'll oversee office operations, coordinate meetings and events, and implement processes to enhance productivity. Additionally, you'll assist with recruiting efforts by developing hiring strategies, screening candidates, and building a talent pipeline. Financial experience is a plus, with opportunities to assist in budgeting, invoicing, and payroll support. Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.Handle employee relations, including performance reviews, coaching, and conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Office Operations:

Oversee day-to-day office functions, including vendor management and supplies.Coordinate meetings, events, and schedules to ensure smooth operations.Implement procedures to improve efficiency and maintain a productive office environment.

Talent Acquisition:

Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent and manage the hiring process.Post job ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Build a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.

Financial Support (Bonus):

Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses.Provide administrative support for financial reporting and payroll processes.
