Medical Surgical/Solid Organ Transplant Unit – SOTU is a 36-bed unit providing medical surgical/telemetry and progressive care to adult pre and post liver, kidney, pancreas, intestinal transplant patients and intestinal rehabilitation patients. Adolescent patients starting at the age of 15 are on the unit but are cared for by core staff only.Ratios are 1:5 days/1:6 nights. Depending on staffing, night ratios can be 1:7 (this is rare, but facility wants travelers to be aware).Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN requiredEPIC charting experience requiredWill float within scope to meet facility needs (this includes potentially floating to Bellevue campus)100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITYPending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked six weeks out.RTO restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application. Additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion.Weekend Requirement: Two weekends in a four-week schedule period (Saturday/Sunday for day shift, Friday/Saturday for night shift).Job Requirements
