This position is for a temporary engagement through our staffing partner DZConneX Services. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this position.

This will be an on-site position, requiring you to be onsite five days per week.

For nearly 40 years, Naughty Dog has been crafting best-selling, critically acclaimed games that constantly push the boundaries of narrative, gameplay, and technology. Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us Part II Remastered as well as a current generation remake of The Last of Us Part I for the PS5 . We're also proud to say that The Last of Us Part I is now available for the first time on PC. Currently, we're busy at the kennel working on a brand-new single player game that we're excited about and we'd love to find talented individuals to join us.

Naughty Dog is seeking an IT Generalist to join our team in supporting our infrastructure and development team. This position will be the second tier of technical support for local and remote users. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a help desk support role, exceptional customer service skills, and will be able to collaborate well in a team environment. The candidate would also have a strong passion for customer service, problem solving, and supporting cutting edge hardware and software solutions.

What you will do:

Serve as second level support for technical assistance within Naughty DogBuilding of bespoke workstations in-housePerform remote and local troubleshooting through diagnostic techniquesFollow up with users and see problems through to resolutionProperly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of supportOrganization and cataloging of IT hardwareInstall, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals for usersMoving of users and or servers throughout the studioRecord, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process from creation to resolutionProvide white glove service to VIP executives and studio visitorsAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as neededWhat skills you will use:

Must have 3+ years of working experience in providing help desk support in a studio or enterprise environmentProven working experience in providing help desk supportProven technical understanding of building and deploying PCs and PC hardwareStrong client-facing and communication skillsStrong understanding of the Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systemsStrong technical understanding of building PCs and PC hardwareAdvanced troubleshooting of PC, Server, and A/V hardware and softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office 365Proficiency in the Microsoft Windows Administration tools (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and Bitlocker)Familiarity with TCP networking and other basic networking protocolsBonus Skills:

Operating Systems: Linux, Mac OS, Windows Server 2022Languages: Python, SQL, PowerShell, BashSoftware: JIRA, Perforce, Wireshark, Sublime Text, Visual Studio, Pro Tools, Adobe Suite, Putty, ZoomScripting and automation of tasksFamiliarity with live streaming hardware and softwareFamiliarity with Sony PlayStation 4 hardware, software interfaces and peripheralsKnowledge of AWS, Azure and other cloud systemsPassion for games

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.

$34-$37 USD
